The true drift boat trailer as it is designed today with dual cross bunks surfaced nearly 30 years ago for boats on the McKenzie and
the Rogue River.
They were constructed to haul the original drift boats, modified from the heavy wooden dory boats.
Now boats are constructed from aluminum, fiberglass, and even polyethylene.
PCTP trailers are designed for easy launch and recovery, sporting rear rollers and Polymer bunks.
Our frames, including fenders, are one piece welded construction.
American frames feature a precision cut notch and bend joint at the front corners making failure of our weld joints nearly impossible
because no two welds are in parallel with each other. Our product is superior to trailers with bolted fenders, cold galvanized winch stands,
and after galvanization welded steps.
All wear items on PCTP trailers are fully replaceable, from axles, couplers, and chains to rear roller bearings and polymer bunk material.
Remove a screw or bolt and install a new part in a matter of minutes. Nothing more than ordinary hand tools are required.
Our wiring is inside our frame rails so it can’t be damaged, and is easily user serviceable and replaceable should a failure occur.
